Are you an independent filmmaker working with a micro-budget or low-budget film? In this interactive masterclass, learn how to shape the look, mood and style of film and television stories for low budget screen works. Join art department aficionado, Lucy Gouldthorpe (Ms Fisher’s Modern Murder Mysteries S1, Love Me, Shantaram, Partisan, The Kettering Incident), as she takes you through breaking down scripts, locations, set dressing, and props that will enhance the visuals and design of your screen stories.

    About Lucy Gouldthorpe

Lucy has worked in the art department since 2008 when she got her start, in Ireland working on The Other Side of Sleep with designer Ele Wood. Since then highlights have included making weird and wonderful props for the hit comedy Rosehaven and designing the lab for the final episode of The Kettering Incident. Both were shot conveniently in her beloved home town of Hobart. Lucy enjoys working on everything from tiny home grown productions to bigger international shoots. Problem solving and creativity are her strengths (and tea trolleys and catering are her weakness)
